DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking a dedicated and reliable Project
Assistant (m/w/d) Finance for a Company in the Finance sector in
Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will support both the Governance
team and IT Project Managers with administrative tasks, coordination
of meetings and stakeholders, as well as project-related activities,
ensuring timely execution and compliance with internal procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to project and organizational teams
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and internal/external communications
- Assist with project planning, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain schedules, dashboards, and progress tracking
- Support administrative processes, including procurement and
compliance
Requirements:
-
Completed vocational training or degree in a relevant field- Several
years of experience in administrative or project support roles
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic familiarity with digital tools
- Very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience in international or project-based environments is a plus
