**Your responsibilities at SensID (following comprehensive training):**

**Project Management & Operational Execution**

- Develop and maintain project plans and project outlines, onboard projects into the project management software, and create manufacturing orders for the respective functional teams (transition of projects from Business Development into Operations).
- Plan and manage project schedules within the project management system and ensure on-time execution in collaboration with the team, taking revenue targets into account.
- Support and manage ongoing projects, track project progress, and actively manage risks, changes, and the critical path.
- Conduct project close-out analyses and derive continuous improvement actions.

**Pre-Sales Support & Customer Engagement**

- Partner with Business Development teams to identify customer technical requirements and propose feasible technical solutions.
- Participate in customer calls, presentations, and technical discussions to clarify use cases, requirements, and capabilities.
- Provide occasional support to Business Development in drafting and refining customer requirement documents and agreements to accurately capture customer needs while aligning with internal manufacturing and quality capabilities.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in translating customer expectations into clear requirements and deliverables for R&D, Operations, and Quality teams.
- Offer occasional technical follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for ongoing collaboration.

**Technical Support & Quality**

- Handle technical inquiries as part of the Technical Support team.
- Review production documentation prior to manufacturing for both commercial products and customer-specific projects.
- Review completed batch documentation to support product release.
- Provide technical support for project proposals, technical inquiries, and internal and external audits.
- Document all activities in accordance with applicable quality standards (e.g., DIN EN ISO 13485).

**Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication**

- Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, Quality Control, Operations, Business Development, and Technical Support to align on technical feasibility, cost structures, and project timelines.
- Develop and implement communication plans to keep internal and external stakeholders informed about project objectives, status, risks, changes, and decisions.
- Schedule and facilitate both recurring and ad hoc meetings, planning and working sessions, technical and design reviews, team stand-ups, and stage-gate reviews.
- Provide regular reporting to operational management and maintain relevant project metrics and status updates.

**Process Optimization & Professional Development**

- Contribute to the optimization of internal operational processes and support the introduction of automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Take initiative to identify, analyze, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, systems, and tools.
- Demonstrate proactive behavior and a willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.

**What we expect from you:**

- Completed degree in life sciences (e.g., Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedicine, Molecular Genetics, or related disciplines)
- Experience in the field of Precision Medicine – ideally within the IVD/medical device sector or in a biotechnology company
- Preferably several years of experience in project management / project coordination
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in direct customer interaction
- Fluent German skills, good English skills (spoken and written)
- Good proficiency in MS Office
- Curiosity and willingness to take on new challenges
- A high sense of quality, organized and precise work ethic, and good workplace organization
- A high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills combined with creativity, teamwork abilities, and a collaborative mindset
- Desirable: Experience working in a standards-regulated environment (ISO 9001, 13485, 17025, GMP, GLP) as well as in a BSL-2
