Summary:
Spearheading the Employability, Employment and Entrepreneurship initiative of the organisation in
Germany. Sourcing and liaising with government authorities, companies, Industry chambers /
Association, and Craftsman chambers to create demands for vacancies in Germany / Europe.
Coordinating with the Indian chapter for ensuring handholding of the candidates coming to Germany.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for developing the new business tie ups & processes by analysing latest marketing trends and providing valuable inputs for developing sales & marketing strategies.
2. Brand awareness / market awareness of our company among potential clients / customers which include government authorities, companies, Industry chambers / Association, and Craftsman chambers.
3. Ensuring that the company is able to create various demands / vacancies in selected sectors.
4. Efficiently administrating the handholding of the candidates reaching in Germany by coordinating with the company authorities and providing the candidates support and guidance to be settled in their company, meals and accommodation, etc.
5. Taking regular feedback from the company and candidates.
6. Conducting in-depth research offline / online to provide information about new developments and possible business opportunities.
Successful candidates should:

● Positive attitude to develop creative solution
● Process oriented / Coordination
● Target achiever
● Eagerness to learn and grow.
Language skills
● German Language upto level of C1
● English Skills upto level of B1
Desirable Qualification and Experience:
● Graduate from any field with a minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in Sales / marketing
Remuneration: Fixed plus Variable: As per marketing standard.
