About the Role You'll lead interdisciplinary projects in AI, Simulation, Engineering Sciences, Data, Processes, and Quantum Computing - building bridges between high-end technology from top universities and real-world implementation at leading industry partners. You'll collaborate with companies such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Airbus, Siemens, and MTU AeroEngines, and with globally leading universities such as MIT, Harvard, Stanford, and ETH Zurich. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate international innovation projects across AI & Engineering Build trust-based partnerships with clients and researchers Translate complexity into clarity - and ideas into business value Mentor teams and foster a culture of excellence What You Bring PhD or Postdoc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields Proven experience in project management and business development Deep technical understanding of AI, simulation, or digital engineering Strong communicator, fluent in English and German Why TWT Join a place where research meets imagination.
