Join a leading innovator in extended reality vision correction lenses
and help shape the future of direct-to-consumer (D2C) after-sales
experiences in the role of Project Manager – Customer Care (m/w/x)
in Aalen. The position is initially limited to 12 months, with the
possibility of extension.

- Design, manage, and lead international after-sales projects from
inception to completion for D2C customers in the extended reality
vision correction field.
- Develop returns, warranty, inspection, and troubleshooting
processes, including handling non-adapt investigations and remote
support solutions.
- Design and implement target operating models for D2C customer
support, including footprint analysis, in-house vs. outsourcing
decisions, and physical product inspection processes.
- Ensure end-to-end integration of replacement order flows and
optimize efficiency across all touchpoints.
- Prepare and lead management decision papers and meetings,
supporting approvals for processes, IT infrastructure investments,
organizational setup, and customer care policies.
- Remote: 2 days/week
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain
Management, or a related field.
- Has working experience in business development, project
management, or after-sales operations within the D2C consumer goods
sector.
- Possesses proven experience in managing customer support and
after-sales processes for international markets.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills with internal and
external stakeholders, including senior management.
- Is analytical, solution-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced,
changing environments.
- Is fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a
plus.
