**Your defining qualities**

- You have several years of experience in factory-related projects, and experience in factory digitalization, logistics, and automation.
- You have several years of experience in consulting or similar strategic/operational roles within a manufacturing environment, and a bachelor’s degree.
- You have international and intercultural experience, and advanced project management skills, ideally with agile experience, e.g., SAFe.
- You have strong negotiation and partner management skills, and an entrepreneurial mentality with resilience and results orientation.
- Experience in building AI agents, applying machine learning models, and leveraging AI-driven analytics for operational excellence is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly to our global factory sites complete your profile.
