**You’ll make an impact**- You work closely with senior management to identify and drive the projects that matter most for our growth.- You lead global programs and take full ownership of high-impact projects from start to finish, delivering on scope, timelines, and budgets. - You focus on measurable business impact, proactively handle risks, and uphold the highest quality standards. - You align diverse, intercultural teams and external partners to achieve seamless execution. - You deliver one strategic project after another, building expertise and influence across the organization. - You gain deep business insight, expand your network, and position yourself for future leadership roles.

**Your defining qualities**
- You have several years of experience in leading large-scale, factory-related projects, and experience in factory digitalization, logistics, and automation. - You have many years of experience in consulting or similar strategic/operational roles within a manufacturing environment, and a master’s degree. - You have validated international and intercultural project experience, and advanced project management skills, ideally with agile experience, e.g., SAFe. - You have strong leadership, negotiation, and partner management skills and an entrepreneurial mentality with resilience and results orientation. - Experience in building AI agents, applying machine learning models, and leveraging AI-driven analytics for operational excellence is a plus. - Willingness to travel regularly to our global factory sites complete your profile.
