· Managing interfaces between internal and external stakeholders,

levels, addressing discrepancies, and establishing standardized guidelines
to ensure alignment.
· Utilizing your proactive and solution-oriented approach to optimize
existing processes and actively contribute to the acceleration and
improvement of project-related workflows.
-What’s in your kitbag-
· A master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a
related field.
· Certification in PMI or IPMA is an advantage.
· Several years of experience in senior project management roles, ideally
within international projects in the defense sector and managing
large-scale budgets.
· Professional experience in the shipbuilding or aerospace industry, as
well as working with government institutions, is desirable.
· A cooperative and participative leadership style with the ability to
inspire employees toward innovation and results-oriented work.
· Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
· Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
