What you’ll do:
- Translate marketing strategies, creative briefs, and client needs into structured project plans.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing and content projects from briefing to final output.
- Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creation, production, media) and external partners.
- Manage timelines, scope, budgets, and resources across multiple parallel projects.
- Act as the operational interface between marketing, production, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth execution of shoots, content initiatives, and campaign rollouts.
- Monitor progress, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and keep delivery on track.
- Maintain quality standards while balancing speed, cost, and creative ambition.
- Prepare clear status updates and project overviews for stakeholders.
Ihr Profil:
What you’ll need:
- Strong organizational mindset combined with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
- Excellent coordination skills with a passion for working alongside creative teams and producers.
- Degree or comparable professional experience in Marketing, Media, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing operations, production management, or agency-side project delivery.
- Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, content production, and creative workflows.
- Experience coordinating productions and managing multiple projects simultaneously (e.g. shoots, video, digital assets, campaigns).
- Confident use of project management and collaboration tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
