future-oriented sectors of IT, Engineering, Life Science and Office.
We are currently seeking a Projekt Office Specialist (m/w/d) on behalf
of our business Partner in the pharmaceutical industry, based in
Biberach.
This position follows a hybrid work model, which can be performed from
a home office or remotely, subject to mutual agreement or as needed.
The initial onboarding and training will take place on-site.
- Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of global
project plan templates
- Develop and maintain Power BI–based dashboards and reports to
support global operations and supply chain management
- Support budget and resource planning as well as monitoring and
reporting processes, including the preparation and provision of
relevant system reports for management
- Act as key user for planning tools, including training, ongoing
user support, and ensuring continuous alignment of system
functionalities with team needs
- Support daily operations, including project activities, trial
management, and supply chain processes for clinical trials
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g.,
natural sciences or engineering), or a comparable qualification with
several years of relevant professional experience in the
pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in a planning and supply chain–oriented organization,
ideally across different roles, as well as strong knowledge of
applicable international regulations (e.g., US, EU)
- Strong problem-solving, risk assessment, and troubleshooting
skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
including the ability to present projects and status updates to
diverse audiences
