* Establishing and maintaining contacts with political decision-makers, authorities, and relevant institutions
* Contributing to the development of ENERCON's interests at the European level
* Translating ENERCON-specific EU interests into national contexts through exchanges with policymakers and associations
* Representing ENERCON's interests in political committees and associations
* Preparing and supporting political meetings and events
* Coordinating and strategically advancing association-related work
* Regular coordination of political developments with the Political Affairs, Business Development, and Sales teams
Your Qualifications
* Completed university degree in political science, law, social sciences, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in political communications, association work, or public affairs, as well as in dealing with political stakeholders and associations
* Strong knowledge of political processes and structures within the EU
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
* Strong communication and networking abilities, diplomatic demeanor, strategic thinking, and political intuition
* Independent and well-structured working style, as well as strong teamwork skills
* Willingness to travel regularly
