Tasks

What You¿ll Be Doing

* Design and implement quality strategies, standards, and procedures across the product lifecycle
* Establish and monitor key quality metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
* Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, production, and operations to integrate quality into processes
* Oversee audits, inspections, and product testing to ensure compliance with quality standards
* Conduct root cause analyses of issues and implement corrective and preventive measures
* Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO) and regulatory requirements
* Communicate quality expectations and results clearly across teams and stakeholders

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

* Professional experience in a quality-focused role, ideally in a technical or production environment
* Strong analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and conducting root cause analyses
* Excellent communication skills to provide clear reporting and collaborate effectively across teams
* Proficiency in quality management frameworks and methodologies (ISO or relevant standards)
* Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and project management tools
* Ability to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
* Bachelor¿s degree or equivalent qualification

Nice to Have

* Certified Quality Auditor or similar quality management certifications
* Experience in the tech or deep-tech industry
* Hands-on knowledge of modern quality assurance tools and methods
* Background in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
