What you'll do

* Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
* Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.
Who we're looking for
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* 15+ years of experience in the semiconductors's industry environment, preferably in the area of spin-clean or dry-etch semiconductors
* 12+ years of related experience in project/program management
* Solid experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
* Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support
* Proven experience in dealing with global suppliers
* Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
What We're Offering
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the https://www.metalltechnischeindustrie.at/fileadmin/content/Dokumente/Kollektivvertrag/KV-2025_2026/FMTI_Mindesgehaltstabelle_2025.pdf in the occupation group H. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
WORKING HOURS
* Flexitime model 38,5 hours/week, Core hours (Mo-Th 9-15, Fr 9-11:30)
