* You will handle quality issues closely with customers, ensuring timely resolution and strong customer relationships
* You will develop and shape the company's quality strategy, aligning key stakeholders (e.g., Product realization, Supply chain and Product management, Purchasing)
* You will lead the quality team and foster cross-functional collaboration and transparency
* You will drive joint initiatives (e.g., Cost of Quality) with Product realization, Product management and Purchasing
* You will oversee tactical and operational implementation of the quality assurance strategy
* You will prepare and conduct audits and assessments with quality partners
Your Profile
* University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field (Master's preferred)
* Deep and up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards
* Experience working with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in a global manufacturing environment
* 5-10 years of progressive experience in leading quality teams, preferably in the automotive or safety environment
* Proven track record in leading quality organizations and driving cross-functional quality initiatives
* Strong background in customer quality management, including complaint handling and resolution
* Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams across Product realization, Product management and Purchasing and experience in audit processes
* Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset and strong business acumen
* High resilience and performance orientation in dynamic, high-pressure environments
* Ability to drive excellent results in both digital und low-tech environments and reach results independently
* Excellent communication skills in both English and German (written and spoken)
