Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Standort in Zell a. H. einen Quality Engineer (m/w/d). Die vakante Position ist in Vollzeit (40h/Woche) und unbefristet.

**Job Description**

**Deine Aufgaben:**

- Du gewährleistest die Produktqualität und setzt unsere QM-Richtlinien um
- Du verantwortest das Reklamationsmanagement in deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Du bist Ansprechpartner zu Kunden und Lieferanten in allen Qualitätsthemen
- Du führst Fehlerauswertungen und -analysen durch und definierst Korrekturmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit der Fertigung
- Du arbeitest vertrauensvoll mit Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften zusammen
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen entsprechend der Automotive Core Tools
- Durchführung von internen Audits
- Geplante Weiterentwicklung in Richtung der Funktion als Quality Coordinator (Nachfolgeplanung)

**Your tasks:**

- You ensure product quality and implement our QM guidelines
- You are responsible for complaints management in your area of responsibility
- You are the contact person for customers and suppliers on all quality issues
- You carry out error evaluations and analyses and define corrective measures in coordination with production
- You work together with employees and managers in a spirit of trust
- Creation of documentation according to the Automotive Core Tools
- Conducting internal audits
- Planned further development towards the role of Quality Coordinator (succession planning)

**Required Skills and Education**

**Das bringst du mit:**

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik oder Qualitätsmanagement (Bachelor/Master/Diplom)
- Prozessauditor/in nach VDA 6.3 von Vorteil
- Sicheres, respektvolles, sachkundiges und verbindliches Auftreten
- Beherrschen der Automotive Core Tools
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit PC, MS Office
- Hohe Motivation sowie eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und IT-Affinität

**Your competencies:**

- Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, or quality management (bachelor's/master's/diploma)
- Process auditor according to VDA 6.3 is an advantage
- Vocational training in the industrial sector and master craftsman or technician with several years of experience in quality management/quality assurance
- Confident, respectful, knowledgeable and engaging demeanor
- Mastery of the automotive core tools
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Confident handling of PC, MS Office
- High motivation as well as a structured, careful and independent way of working
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and IT affinity
