experienced Quality Engineering Coach (m/f/d) to join our team in
Trier, Germany . The ideal candidate will have significant experience
in quality engineering, behavior-driven development (BDD), and
shift-left methodologies. This role involves working transversely
across multiple development teams to enhance the quality of
development, test automation, improve testing techniques and
strategies, and influence development team to have built-in quality
products. Your tasks: Coach and mentor development teams on quality
engineering practices, BDD, test automation, and shift-left
principles. Collaborate with teams to integrate quality practices
early in the development lifecycle. Develop and implement automated
testing strategies to improve efficiency and coverage. Promote best
practices in testing and quality assurance across development teams.
Influence development practices to improve testability and
maintainability of the codebase. Facilitate workshops and training
sessions on quality engineering and testing techniques. Monitor and
report on quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations for
continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and
advancements in quality engineering and testing. You bring along:
Significant experience in coaching and agility methodologies
Significant experience in quality engineering, BDD, and shift-left
methodologies. Strong background in software development and testing,
with expertise in test automation. Excellent communication skills and
fluency in English. Strong interpersonal skills with a dynamic,
motivated, and passionate approach to quality. Ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment and influence positive change.
