* Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and reduce quality incidents
* Provide input on quality training and help develop standard operating procedures
* Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements, particularly in secure document environments
Your profile:
* Experience in quality assurance or quality control in a production environment
* Vocational training in quality management, or a technical field
* Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors in high-volume document production
* Knowledge of document production and processes
* Understanding of quality management systems and relevant industry standards
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, ERP/QMS tools)
