R&D Engineer Software & Hardware (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
Develop methods and algorithms for adjustment, functional testing, and performance verification of high tech digital products
Design and implement diagnostic and adjustment functionalities within our C++ environment
Bring up and stabilize features using hardware prototypes and data analysis
Rollout and support the solutions in manufacturing and at customer sites

Your Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Solid experience in C++ programming and a strong grasp of object-oriented design principles
In-depth understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals and measurement techniques
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow continuously
Self-driven and well-organized approach to work
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, etc.)
Background in data science or related analytical fields
German language proficiency
