Unser internationales Team recherchiert und qualifiziert fortlaufend aktuelle Informationen über weltweite Hotelprojekte und darin involvierte Ansprechpartner. Rund eintausend Unternehmen der Hotelzulieferindustrie aus über fünfzig Ländern zählen zu unserem Kundenkreis und arbeiten mehrheitlich über Jahre mit uns zusammen.

Als Teil des Recherche-Teams bist du im ständigen Austausch mit internationalen Hotelketten, Entwicklern und Architekten, um passende Projektinformationen für unsere Datenbank zu erhalten.

Wir suchen eine motivierte, interessierte und detailorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer Leidenschaft für Datenqualität und strukturiertes Arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben:

- Recherche von internationalen Hotelbauprojekten in den verschiedenen Projektphasen – von der ersten Idee über die Planung und Bauausführung bis zur Eröffnung
- Kommunikation mit am Projekt beteiligten Unternehmen per Telefon, E-Mail und über soziale Netzwerke
- Auswertung und Prüfung verschiedener Quellen zur Identifikation neuer Projektinformationen
- Erfassung, Pflege, Verifizierung und regelmäßige Aktualisierung aller Projektdaten in unserer einzigartigen Hotelbaudatenbank.
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen rund um aktuelle und geplante Hotelbauprojekte weltweit

Dein Profil:

- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen sehr willkommen)
- Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative
- Kommunikationsstärke schriftlich und telefonisch
- Teamgeist

As part of our research team, you’ll contact hotel groups, developers, and architects from around the world to gather valuable project insights for our database.

We’re looking for someone curious, motivated, and detail-oriented — someone who enjoys research, values data quality, and takes pride in organized, structured work.

Your Role:

- Researching international hotel construction projects throughout the various project phases – from initial concept through planning and construction to opening
- Communicating with project stakeholders via phone, email, and social networks
- Evaluation of different sources for new project information
- Entering, verifying and regularly updating all project data in our unique hotel construction database
- Handling customer enquiries concerning current and planned hotel construction projects worldwide

Your Profile:

- Fluent in written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Work style that’s accurate, independent, and reliable
- Analytical mindset with quick comprehension skills
- Strong communication abilities, both in writing and over the phone
- A genuine team player with a collaborative spirit
