Bishop GmbH based in Hamburg, is a famous Brand and leading supplier for Engineering services to many leading companies for AÜG and workpackages, for aircraft development, manufacturing and maintenace. We also have a offering for innovations, own engineering and research.
With little growth in Europe, the strategy is to "do what we can" in Europe, but the main thrust of expansion will be outside Europe, in South Asia, Americas, Brazil and other regions. To support this reset and expansion we are looking for a seasoned Recruiter. Therefore, we are looking for a seasoned professional with the following attributes:
- Intimate knowledge of the aviation / space industries - and of the projects requiring support
- A track record of sucess in sales ideally for the aviation and space industries
- Able to listen, and able to produce concise Commercial and Technical Offers in the English language
- Softskills, decorum and the ability to build up relationships with customers in any region
- Passionate and interest in aeronautics, engineering and innovation
- Non smoker, fit and able to work under pressure
- Familar with social media recruitment paltforms such as FaceBook and Lindedin
- Attributes of loyalty, reliability and calm determined nature
- Able to work on own intiative, with a degree of confidence
- Ambition and greedy for success
Ideally you will have worked previously for one of our larger competitors, and we would be especially interest to see what new business you can bring ?
