This role is responsible for ensuring local teams efficiently support high volume Tesla Semi truck deliveries and operations across different countries in Europe. Innovation, collaboration, learning, and growth are core to the team’s success. The ideal candidate will constantly identify opportunities to increase product value, make the business more efficient, and enhance the customer experience for professional fleets. This opportunity empowers you to think innovatively and deliver exceptional results. ### What You’ll Do * Exceed commercial customer expectations, monitor service trends, and elevate the overall service experience for the industry * Ensure new site openings and recruiting support program milestones in the region * Achieve monthly and quarterly goals, ensuring excellence in customer service, team management, operations, and financial performance * Reinforce a culture of leadership and team excellence: training standards, career pathing, succession planning, talent acquisition and employee retention * Mentor team members across various markets on technical development and career growth * Champion customer feedback and drive upstream for system improvement * Communicate business priorities, ensure clear expectations, and take ownership of site performance, setting and achieving targets while holding the team accountable * Plan resource and scheduling requirements within market for 24/7 coverage and expand standard operating procedures for robust, scalable growth ### What You’ll Bring * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred * Ability to travel up to 75% * 5+ years of leadership experience in service-focused industry * Proven experience leading field, heavy duty, mobile repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment across different countries with strong customer facing responsibilities * Experience running complex processes using Lean or similar techniques * Valid EU driver's license (category B, C, or CE) Tesla is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
