**What you will do**
As a key member of the global procurement team, you will take ownership of sourcing activities across **Facility Management (CapEx/OpEx)** and **Non-Product Related categories** for manufacturing sites in the UK and Germany, as well as offices across Europe and the US. This includes all non-product-related procurement to support site-wide facilities management, such as **manufacturing upgrades, automation projects, manufacturing waste management, IT infrastructure improvements,** and supporting **energy hedging strategies.**
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the facility management procurement strategy from sourcing to delivery
- Negotiating quotes and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value
- Delivering actionable procurement analytics and insights
- Managing supplier relationships and overseeing performance reviews (including SRS ratings and review meetings)
- Leading procurement projects to qualify alternative sources
- Driving benchmarking and cost reduction initiatives
- Coordinating supplier qualification and supporting cross-functional project management
**What you will need**
**Essential requirements:**
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sourcing role, including focused on Non-product related CapEx and OpEx
- Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Outstanding supplier relationship management skills
- Strong Negotiation, analytical, and communication skills in verbal and written English
- Team builder and player, with a hands-on work ethic
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple activities or projects at one time
- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint presentation, and data analytical skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills on an international level
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe as part of your role
**Desired experience:**
- Ability to speak German
- Exposure to the semiconductor industry
- Understanding of a multisite environment
- Team leadership or management
