Your main tasks include, among others:
- Ensure prominent sales presence of Swiss WorldCargo in the assigned territory by effectively and efficiently positioning Swiss WorldCargo as a quality air cargo carrier
- Provide professional customer service to cargo clients in the sales area.
- Development of customer and market revenues by promotion of Swiss WorldCargo brand and product portfolio
- Acquisition of new cargo traffic through a target-oriented sales approach, maintenance of existing business
- Proactive sales and customer service approach to maintain existing business
- Negotiation of service agreements, allotments and rates
- Regular review of customer performance utilizing available business intelligence tools
- Proactive approach to sales leads and pending, sharing results with superior and sales team
*All other duties as assigned or required
Ihr Profil:
If you want to be the next Sales Account Executive (outside sales) , you must fulfill the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; marketing/sales education is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of field sales or very solid commercial air cargo knowledge
- Ideally experienced in air cargo logistics and/or forwarding industry
- Proficiency both written and spoken French required
- Good English language: fluent in speaking and writing
- Any other languages are of advantage
- Excellent Microsoft Office user knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Positive working attitude with a high level of activity and independence
- Impeccable customer service attitude
- Flexibility and ability to travel (nationally and internationally)
- Team player and team spirit
- Ability to convincingly promote the quality image of Swiss WorldCargo
