## We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager Used Equipment (m/f/d)
### Your responsibilities:
- Developing global concepts and strategies to significantly expand the used equipment business
- Identification of additional market potential and development of processes and structures for this purpose
- Market analyses, performance tracking, and identification of measures to optimize the business
- Close partnership with international markets to support their daily business in the field of used machinery
- Coordinate between sales, service, and production to ensure efficient order processing
### Your qualifications:
- Completed a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in international sales or business development in the construction machinery industry, ideally also in used equipment
- Strong strategic and analytical skills and a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence
- Excellent English proficiency. Knowledge of additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel worldwide
