AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTUNG

* Execute and push forward the European sales strategy for all Silhouette Group brands.
* Build strong partnerships with Country Managers and sales teams across Europe.
* Represent our brands at trade fairs, events, and key market meetings.
* Work closely with global functions (Product Management, Marketing, PR, Design) to launch market-relevant products and activations.
* Track and report market performance to identify opportunities and ensure sales success.
* Lead and support strategic projects that enhance our go-to-market approach.
* Organize European meetings and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and subsidiaries.

ANFORDERUNGEN

* University degree (in Business, Marketing, or similar).
* 5+ years of international B2B sales experience, ideally in optical, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
* Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
* Solid project management experience and a structured work style.
* Fluent English and German; additional languages are a plus.
* Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills; CRM experience helpful.
* A proactive, positive personality with a passion for premium, design-driven products.
* Willingness to travel across Europe.

For this position we offer, according to KV/Metall-Industrie, an annual gross salary of at least EUR 47.546,94 with the willingness to significantly overpay depending on professional experience and qualifications.
