The company has over 1,000 employees in several locations worldwide and has a strong reputation as a partner in the construction of industrial, office and residential buildings as well as in infrastructure projects. For the start-up of a local entity in the Ukraine, we are looking for you preferably in the Greater Kiev region as

Sales Manager (m/f/d) Ukraine

Tasks
Full responsibility for the business in the Ukraine
Development of local business and establishment of a representative office
Building up local networks with architects, planners, construction companies and distributors
Identification and approach of market potentials
Implementation and evaluation of product lines on the local market
Responsibility for technical and commercial projects
Close cooperation with and direct reporting line to the HQ in Germany

Requirements
Technical Degree or degree in business administration with technical experience
Sales experience in the construction supply industry with documented success
Well-established network with Ukraine architects, planners, and construction companies
Good technical understanding
Entrepreneurial and sales-oriented personality with integrity
High motivation and hands-on-mentality
Fluent in Ukrainian and good skills in English or German
Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Kiev or willingness to relocate

After successful market development in the Ukraine there is a clear perspective of founding an own country organization and building up and leading a local sales team
