**From market insight to contract – your strategic impact**

-Identify and pursue sales for specialized Naval solutions
-Build and maintain relationships with naval authorities, shipyards and partners
-Lead commercial bids for complex naval newbuild and retrofit projects
-Primary contact for procurement agencies (e.g. BAAINBw) and stakeholders
-Manage budgets, sales forecasts and long-term naval project pipelines
-Monitor naval market trends and competitor activity to ensure KM’s leadership
-Ensure compliance with naval-specific regulations and security protocols
-Represent Kongsberg Maritime at international naval exhibition

**Your track record – and the mindset to match**

-Degree in Engineering or military background (Navy officer experience preferred)
-German citizenship required due to high-level security clearance (Ü2/Ü3)
-Proven experience in technical sales or project management in the defense sector
-Experience in handling classified or restricted documentation (VS-eingestuft)
-Strong network within the maritime defense industry and naval circles
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
-Valid driving license and willingness for national and international travel
