Denizen develops and operates innovative ground-floor concepts for building owners and real estate funds, transforming traditional spaces into vibrant, service-driven environments.
In 2022, we opened our first Denizen House in Berlin - an urban hub offering flexible workspaces, self-care facilities, events, and community experiences.
In 2025, we launched ATworld together with Aroundtown, one of Europe’s leading real estate companies. ATworld is redefining how people work and connect by offering a flexible, connected, and ownable fourth space - a dynamic ecosystem where individuals and companies can access services, spaces, and communities anytime, anywhere.
Initially supported by hotels and offices owned by Aroundtown, ATworld is now rapidly expanding across Europe and partnering with external locations such as hotels, cafés, and coworking spaces.
Now, we’re looking for a Sales & Events Coordinator to help bring this vision to life.
What You Will Do & Why It Matters

As our Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for corporate clients booking meeting and event spaces, ensuring a seamless and professional journey across all Denizen and ATworld locations.
Your work will directly shape client satisfaction, drive revenue, and activate our spaces in Berlin and beyond. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Sales and operational teams, gaining exposure to strategic decisions, refining processes, and helping scale a platform that is rapidly expanding across Europe.
Sales Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries for Denizen and ATworld locations
- Prepare proposals, conduct show rounds, and represent the brand to local corporates, service partners, and event agencies
- Build and nurture a pipeline of corporate leads, identifying opportunities across both Denizen and ATworld
- Maintain an active portfolio of existing clients and identify upsell or renewal opportunities
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with event agencies to drive weekday, evening, and weekend demand
- Work with the Head of Sales to refine and implement our Standard Operating Procedures for sales & event management
- Use CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and conversion rates (experience with HubSpot or similar is a plus)
Event Management
- Communicate with clients by email and phone to coordinate event logistics
- Plan operational execution by aligning with internal teams and external partners (F&B providers, IT/AV suppliers, cleaning services, etc.)
- Prepare event spaces according to client expectations and brand standards
- Execute events onsite, ensuring a smooth flow and an excellent client experience
- Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and identify future sales opportunities
Who You Are

- You have a background in hospitality, event management, coworking, or another service-oriented field (1–2 years of experience is ideal)
- You speak English fluently; German skills are a plus
- You enjoy engaging with clients and excel at organization and execution
- You bring a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and thrive in fast-moving environments
- You are open-minded and challenge the status quo constructively to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- You feel energized by working onsite in a lively, community-driven space
