What You’ll Build


The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.


Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Project management support and Operations support

Location: Walldorf, Germany


- Project scope and deliverables:
- Support pricing and commercial operations by structuring requests, conducting analyses, and driving execution of ongoing topics. Deliver reliable, high-quality support and gradually take ownership of recurring tasks


- Business impact – How will this work create meaningful value for the business (beyond supplemental tasks like data entry or admin work)?
- Improves efficiency and scalability of the pricing function by reducing operational workload and enabling faster, better-informed decisions. Creates consistency and structure across ongoing commercial topics


- Team environment and collaboration – Who will the intern work with, and what type of support or mentorship will they receive?
- Work closely with pricing experts and cross-functional stakeholders, with direct exposure to experienced professionals. Receive hands-on mentorship focused on structured thinking, execution, and continuous feedback


- Learning opportunities – What skills, tools, or knowledge will the intern gain from this experience?
- Build strong skills in problem structuring, analytical thinking, and execution management within pricing and commercial operations. Gain hands-on experience with real business cases, tools, and cross-functional collaboration


- Additional context – Any other details that will help candidates clearly understand the opportunity (e.g., exciting projects, exposure to customers, global collaboration).
- Ideal for a motivated student interested in pricing and commercial strategy, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term, trusted contributor


What You’ll Bring


We’re looking for someone who takes <>the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Educational requirements:
- Post-graduation or PhD Student in business administration, marketing


- Experience level and background?
- Exposure to marketing, pricing, commercial, and sales in B2B would be an added advantage but not a must


- What technical skills are essential vs. nice-to-have?
- Exposure to Claude.AI , Claude code , Claude cowork would be an added advantage


- Soft skills will thrive in this team/role?
- Structured thinking, strong task clarification, and disciplined execution are essential, along with curiosity to learn pricing and commercial topics. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity while communicating clearly with experts


- Language requirements (specify level: fluency, basic understanding, A-C levels, etc.)
- English – Proficient


- Working from Walldorf office is required
