optimise, and document HR processes and system configurations Support
testing phases (SIT/UAT) and guide customers through go‑lives Work
closely with HR stakeholders to deliver best‑practice solutions
Profile Strong experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central
configuration & consulting Solid understanding of HR processes and SAP
Best Practices Ideally certified in EC Excellent communication skills
and a structured, solution‑oriented mindset Fluent German (C1) and
good English skills We offer 100% Remote - work from anywhere in
