A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in the Strategy, Program, and People team, you will play a pivotal role in championing agile methodologies within Siemens Energy’s Digital Finance organization. Your expertise will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams and stakeholders on agile principles, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative digital finance initiatives. Your contributions will be vital in cultivating a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

* Agile Facilitation: Lead agile teams in effectively applying Scrum and other frameworks for high-quality digital finance solutions.
* Coaching & Mentoring: Inspire team members and stakeholders on agile values and practices to enhance self-organization.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify impediments, facilitate retrospectives, and promote a culture of learning and optimization.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across teams, ensuring alignment and transparency in Corporate and BA Finance.
* Change Enablement: Advocate for an agile mindset, supporting teams in adopting new processes and technologies.

What You Bring

* Proven Experience: Success as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in digital transformation or finance environments.
* Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in complex settings.
* Facilitation Skills: Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities with a passion for team development.
* Continuous Improvement Mindset: Experience in driving change and improvement in dynamic organizations.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to inspire and influence diverse stakeholders.
