- I drive agile maturity and make performance measurable (velocity, flow time, OKRs)
- I ensure transparency on dependencies, risks, impediments — and resolve them early
- I optimize team setup, collaboration and ways of working
- I embed continuous improvement into daily operations
- I align teams with ART and organizational objectives
- I leverage Agile tooling to create clarity, scalability and efficiency
- I am an member of the Lufthansa Group Agile Community
Ihr Profil:
- I have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile product environment
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban and cross-functional team collaboration
- Solid understanding of digital product development and performance metrics
- I live the agile mindset and have profound expertise in implementing agility in cross-functional teams
- Confidence in complex stakeholder and dependency management
- Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
- Willingness to expand my comfort zone by sometimes leaving it
- Fluency in English
