You will act as a Process Owner Delegate (POD) for Master Data Governance (MDG) processes within the Company's Management System (CMS), ensuring compliance and efficiency across various operations. Your responsibilities will include designing, documenting, and maintaining the Master Data Governance Framework, as well as integrating business requirements to meet both internal and external standards. - Manage Master Data Governance (MDG) frameworks and establish policies, data standards, and structures.
- Integrate business requirements into governance processes while safeguarding compliance.
- Monitor process performance and validate IT Change Requests to ensure efficiency and integrity.
- Lead transformative MDG work packages and strategic projects, including ERP and Material Master Improvement Programs.
- Act as a Scrum Master for the Master Data team, ensuring all Scrum events facilitate efficient project delivery.
- Provide consultancy to stakeholders and represent Master Data Governance in global projects.
- Coordinate and promote knowledge-sharing across the Master Data Governance community.

To excel in this pivotal role, you will need a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. We welcome candidates who meet the following criteria:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Professional experience in project management, process improvement, quality management, or IT (3+ years preferred).
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP systems and Google Workspace.
- Experience with lean management and process modeling tools, such as Symbio, is advantageous.
- Certification as a Scrum Master or equivalent experience is required.
- Proficiency in both German and English, with negotiation-level language skills in both languages.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholder interests effectively.
- Proven ability to work in an international setting and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Exceptional analytical skills to derive mid- to long-term recommendations from data.
- Experience in Master Data Governance and Business Process Management is essential.
