- You will coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- You will remove impediments and facilitate communication both within the team and with stakeholders
- Supporting the team in driving innovation from within, creating an environment where experimentation and learning are encouraged
- You will share your knowledge and experience with colleagues and contribute to the wider agile community at BurdaVerlag
## What we would expect from you...
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in facilitating agile teams in a cross-functional environment
- Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to empower teams to self-organize
- Ability to identify and remove impediments, and to facilitate productive conflict resolution
- Experience in supporting teams that drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Empathy and understanding for the challenges faced by developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- ISTQB certification or agile certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.) would be a plus
