## You as a Senior 3D Generalist – Product Animation

You will play a pivotal role in bringing creative concepts to life through high-quality product animations, visualizations, and renderings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the seamless integration of 3D assets across a wide range of projects, including those within the **regulated consumer goods industry**.

### Tasks and Projects

- Transform conceptual ideas into detailed 3D models, textures, animations, and photorealistic renderings with a focus on product animation.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand creative, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop visually compelling and technically robust 3D assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, product launches, and virtual environments.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high quality standards, adhere to brand and regulatory guidelines, and are completed within agreed timelines.
- Manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining consistency, precision, and attention to detail.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and workflows, and proactively introduce innovative techniques into the 3D production process.

### Strengths and Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist / 3D Generalist, with a strong portfolio in product animation and visualization.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, and/or Houdini.
- Strong understanding of design principles, composition, lighting, materials, and spatial relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics, realism, and product accuracy.
- Experience working on projects within the regulated consumer goods sector (e.g. FMCG, medical, wellness, or similar) is highly valued.
- **English proficiency at minimum C1 level (spoken and written) is required. **German language skills are desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
- High level of autonomy, reliability, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Openness to new tools, technologies, and evolving production pipelines.
