What you'll do
--------------------------------------
- Own the full new-business sales cycle end to end: prospecting (direct outreach, events, and partner channels), opportunity management, negotiation, and closing.
- Build a qualified pipeline from scratch and convert it into new customers in the Spanish market.
- Sell software solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers with medium-length sales cycles (typically 6–12 months, sometimes longer).
- Work closely with the pre-sales team, who will support you during technical discussions and solution design.
- Develop market presence, especially in underdeveloped verticals such as transportation, logistics, and tourism.
- Work with clear, realistic targets and maintain structured reporting and close collaboration with the wider team.
What you'll need

- A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in economics, sales, or a related field; motivated career changers with a strong drive for sales are also welcome.
- Several years of proven experience in new customer acquisition, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment, allowing you to work autonomously and create impact quickly.
- Demonstrated hunter mentality with a clear focus on new business development and new customer acquisition.
- Resilience and persistence when facing initial market resistance and managing longer sales cycles.
- A collaborative, dependable working style that contributes to strong team fit and sustainable cooperation.
- A serious, credible, and professional sales approach, focused on substance rather than hype.
- Solid understanding of the Spanish market and its business landscape.
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
