### Your Duties:

- Prepare financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HGB/IFRS with the support of Near- and Offshore teams
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis
- Lead the annual audit process, collaborating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation
- Develop and implement accounting procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy
- Oversee tax-related matters as an interface to Group Tax and ensure tax compliance
- Monitor cash flow and cash management
- Collaborate with diverse teams to support business initiatives and financial projects
- Support the optimization and implementation of SAP FI systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial processes
- Train and support team members in the use of SAP FI systems, ensuring efficient use and troubleshooting issues

### Your Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Profound experience in accounting, with a focus on financial closing, reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of HGB/IFRS and experience with financial audits
- Basic tax understanding and fundamental knowledge in the area of treasury
- Proficiency in accounting software SAP FI and Microsoft Office Suite
- Structured, analytical, versatile, and resourceful at turning issues into results
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on mentality and strong coordination skills between nearshore and offshore teams.
- Interest or affinity for IT and Generative AI (GenAI) is highly appreciated
- Fluent in English and good German skills, both written and spoken
