About us European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a

the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a
highly motivated and passionate: Senior Architectural & Real Estate
Management Engineer (m/f/d) As a Senior Engineer of Architectural &
Real Estate, you will support the project in Civil, Structural and
focus on Architectural and Real Estate Management as well as project
management, including code interpretation, project planning and
scheduling, resource monitoring and control, interface coordination,
supervision on quality, safety, and security. You will ensure that all
aspects of the buildings (HVAC, lighting, water, interior/exterior
building maintenance, architectural leadership for new projects,
office moves, etc.) exceeds the expectations of our employee
population. Job responsibilities New challenges: Become part of the
facility team to build ESMC's 300mm semiconductor fab. System
Ownership & Optimization: Support all construction and architectural
design topic activities focusing on office and general infrastructure
to be managed by our general contractor. Ensure Compliance CSA design
to local code and regulations. Technical Expertise: Management of
building related permits, including communication with related
authorities or parties for construction issues. Data-Driven Decision
Making: Monitoring design progress of design consultant and identify
potential risks based on construction schedule requirement. Project
Involvement: Planning, allocation, monitoring of schedule, resource,
support construction material selection process. Collaboration:
Interface coordination and integration between different construction
contractors. Document Management: Assist in the creation, management,
and maintenance of project documentation related to BIM processes,
ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all project stakeholders. Job
Qualifications Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related
field. Familiar with project scheduling software (Microsoft Project,
etc.), graphic software (AutoCAD, etc.), and BIM software (Revit,
etc.) is a plus. 5+ years of experience in CSA engineering or a
related field. In-depth understanding and practical experience with
German and international building regulations and construction
sequences. Entitled to submit construction documents. Excellent
problem-solving abilities and capable of working under pressure.
Strong analytical thinking, highly effective interpersonal and
communication skills when interacting with others. Proficient with
Microsoft Office. Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1).
