**How you will make an impact**
As a Senior Consultant (f/m/d) for Strategic P&O Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving P&O's key strategic priorities alongside responsible P&O professionals and business colleagues.
In particular, you will…- Be responsible for setting up, structuring, and steering the execution of high-visibility, end-to-end P&O projects on an international scale- Orchestrate the ecosystem of key stakeholders incl. business, P&O, and contributors/ service providers- Join forces with our global P&O business partners and P&O country heads to implement strategic projects generating impact and drive positive change- Be a change agent, connect the dots, think end-to-end, challenge, hypothesize, test & build innovative solutions ensuring effective implementation from the beginning- Leverage data to design all efforts for maximum user impact, striving to make valuable contributions to Siemens holistically- Contribute to shaping our team, organized in Squads and Chapters. e.g. Operational Excellence, Finance, Communications- Jointly with the accountable P&O experts and the businesses shape the P&O solution landscape and drive the deployment of our P&O Strategy 2030- Moreover, you offer a fresh perspective by introducing new ways of working, e.g., agile-inspired approaches

**Your success is grounded in**- **Education:** - Excellent academic background (Bachelor/ Master’s Degree/MBA) or equivalent

- **Experience & Skills**- Several years of professional experience in a top-tier management-/ strategy-/ transformation consulting company – with a focus on P&O / HR topics - You possess outstanding analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. You leverage the dynamics of a large organization and use smart influencing to effectuate change- In addition, you have a sound and broad P&O / HR domain know-how, e.g. acquired in a HR Business Partner or HR CoE / Expert role (i.e., learning, talent management, organizational excellence, mergers & acquisitions, skill management, HR tool landscape / digitalization, change concepts) – we know, nobody has it all :-)- You ideally also bring experience with AI use cases in the context of P&O projects

- **Ways of working**- You are a fast learner, eager to understand in depth and apply the relevant concepts and tools, committed to holistic optimization- You have an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude, love to use AI in daily work and are excited to shape this team

- **Language skills:** - Proficiency in English
