Our tech stack: Backend, Embedded, Support, Looker, Metabase, Python, REST, SQL, Tableau, UX UI Design. Requirements: - 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the Product or Analytics field.
- Advanced causal inference & incremental impact measurement: Strong experience applying causal inference techniques (e.g. uplift modeling, quasi-experimental methods, counterfactual analysis).
- Proven ability to design, execute, and evaluate experiments (A/B, multivariate) as well as observational analyses.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into robust analytical frameworks.
- Highly proficient in SQL and Python/R for data analysis, experimentation analysis, and modeling.
- Experience with modern BI tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Superset, etc.).
- Confident communicator with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive data-informed decisions.
- Nice to have: Experience in high-growth environments, fintech or regulated environments.. Your responsibilities are: - Develop clear and measurable targets based on an initiatives scope.
- Drive end to end high complexity analysis on a strategic level.
- Be an internal go-to-person for your teams regarding data-related questions.
- Support Product experimentation & testing initiatives; design test plans, execute robust analyses, and deliver actionable insights.
- Help build the right analytics foundations so teams can extract insights themselves.
- Build dashboards for weekly monitoring of team impact on company OKRs.
- Educate teams on data access and understanding through training and workshops.
- Collaborate with analytics teams at N26 to utilize shared platforms and insights.
- Lead, mentor, and coach other analysts.
