## Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Development Engineer (m/f/diverse) for BMW OE Development.

In this role your main tasks are: 

- OEM specific coordination of internal know-how and resources to meet customer expectations
- Develop customer or vehicle specific systematics and design concepts to achieve assigned target approvals
- Coordination of internal resources to meet customer expectations
- Coordination of ETO building, testing and delivery to customers in time
- Adhere to generic development process VP01
- Permanent alignment of the obtained test results with the requirements (product requirement specifications) of the customer
- Introduction of the approved specification into production and maintenance of serial specification during article lifetime
- Participate in selected line and technology projects, participate and lead target approval projects

## Qualifications

- Academic degree in engineering, automotive engineering, natural sciences or similar disciplines
- Several years experience in tire development 
- Project leading experience 
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills are beneficial 
- Very good communication skills
- Strong team player
- Willingness to act and to take over responsibility
