- Standardize and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI for rapid and compliant software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, application engineering, QA) to ensure smooth build and release processes.
- Manage cloud resources (AWS, Azure) including VMs, storage, networking, and load balancers.
- Implement Kubernetes operator patterns for automation of day-two operations (backup, disaster recovery, maintenance).
- Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FIPS, and other security standards in build and deployment processes.
- Proactively monitor and improve system reliability, security, and performance through logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and processes.

- Proficiency in Golang (primary language for automation) and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Artifactory).
- Familiarity with microservices architectures and Kubernetes-native development.
**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience with networking protocols (VPN, HTTPS).
- Knowledge of security tools (vulnerability scanners, static analysis).
- Strong problem-solving and optimization mindset.
