What we expect

As a Digital Architect (d/f/m), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture of our next-generation elevator systems and digital services. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic architectural leadership to ensure our solutions are robust, secure, and future-proof.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Transform an established architecture into a future-ready platform — scalable, maintainable, and testable by design
• Design and evolve clean, documented architectures for 24/7 mission-critical systems
• Actively participate in development sprints, reviews, and provide technical guidance to engineering teams
• Untangle complexity, introduce structure, and lay the foundation for sustainable innovation
• Regularly communicate solution status, risks, and progress to management in a clear and concise manner
• Drive secure architecture principles and ensure secure software development practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to align architecture with business goals

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field 
• 3+ years of proven experience in designing software architecture for complex cloud systems (preferably Microsoft Azure).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end solution architecture, including security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Ownership and getting-things-done mindset – takes initiative, ensures quality outcomes, and delivers results reliably in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical peers and executive stakeholders.
• Strong team player – collaborates effectively across global, cross-functional teams, building trust and alignment
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
