YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this strategic role, you will lead the global supply planning agenda and manage the group inventory and replenishment performance. Your core responsibilities include:

*

Defining and executing the global Planning & Replenishment strategy

*

Setting global inventory targets and driving continuous improvement of replenishment, forecasting, and inventory policies

*

Partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, ProCom, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and country organizations

*

Enhancing processes, systems, and analytical models to build a modern, data-driven and resilient supply chain

*

Leading and developing the global supply planning team and promoting strong cross-country collaboration

YOUR PROFILE

*

Significant experience in Supply Chain Management, including multiple years in global supply planning roles

*

Proven leadership of global, cross-functional teams

*

Broad affinity towards digitalization, tools & systems

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

*

Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment strategies, inventory optimization, and analytical modeling

*

Analytical, structured, collaborative, and transformation-oriented

*

Strong communication skills; fluent in English (additional languages beneficial)
