As an Expert for Design for Test at Infineon you will join forces with cross-functional teams and work on DFT implementation for system-on-chip designs. In this role you have responsibility for DFT implementation and specification. Furthermore, you will contribute to the methodology development. <br /><br />With this position, you will enter our "Technical Ladder" career path.
