- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification.
- First professional experience in the SAP HCM environment to act as a competent contact for our HR department.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in personnel administration (PA), German payroll (PY) including schemes and rules, time management (PT), certification, and organizational management (OM).
- Ideally, good ABAP programming skills.
- Knowledge of Employee/Manager Self-Services (ESS/MSS) and experience with SuccessFactors is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, strong customer and solution focus, and good presentation skills.
- Excellent English skills and enjoyment of working in an international environment; German language skills are an advantage.

- Be responsible for 3rd-level support, including ongoing operations such as payroll, time evaluation, incident and problem management, enhancements, and legal changes.
- Take charge of the design and implementation of business processes, as well as the optimization of processes and systems.
- Implement support packages effectively.
- Coordinate the use of external resources within your area of responsibility.
