Grow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join HR Team. Reporting into the Head of HR, the main target of this position is the management of all individual and collective labour law topics.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Advising management and executives on all individual and collective legal issues and developing appropriate individual solutions
Constructive and trusting cooperation with the co-determination bodies
Drafting and negotiating collective agreements
Preparing and conducting labour court proceedings before courts and authorities
Drafting, revising and reviewing legal templates, personnel-related sample documents, guidelines (Policies) and employment contracts
Support and advice HR teams in labour law questions
Following up on legislative changes and current case law as well as communicating and ensuring the implementation of the resulting changes
Participation in HR projects
Conceptualization and implementation of labour law training for HR employees and managers
Your skills and experience:
Extensive work experience in Employee & Labour Law Relations, experienced negotiator, mediation skills
Fluent in German and English, especially Business English
Implementation strength and efficient execution
Conceptual strength, solution-oriented hands-on mentality and confidence in appearance
High commitment and team orientation
Law Degree highly advantageous
