This role acts as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external providers, ensure fulfillment of contracted services, driving value creation, risk mitigation, and compliance across all provider engagements. The position focuses on optimizing contractual agreements, monitoring service delivery, and fostering long-term partnerships that support innovation, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. Explore your tasks and responsibilities * Strategic Alignment: Ensure provider services are aligned with IT strategy and business objectives. * Governance Framework: Design, implement, and maintain governance structures for IT providers, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance. * Provider Onboarding & Contract Renewals: Support the selection and onboarding of new providers, conduct due diligence, and manage contract renewal processes. * Performance Management: Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and compliance requirements to guarantee service quality and ensure fulfillment of contracted services. * Risk & Compliance Management: Oversee contractual, financial, and operational risks while ensuring regulatory compliance. * Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships to drive continuous improvement and innovation. * Cost Optimization: Negotiate, benchmark, and manage provider contracts throughout their lifecycle. * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for service optimization and innovation in collaboration with providers.
