As part of our shift planning team, you’re working to create the best-in-class shift planning solutions for our customers.Deine neue Rolle
• You’re comfortable across the stack and do what’s needed to ship (frontend to infra). We’ll provide the support you need.
• You have strong frontend expertise: React and TypeScript are your home turf; experience with state management (ideally Zustand) is a plus.
• You thrive in ambiguity at the product-tech intersection, building flexible abstractions for complex problems.
• You balance speed and quality: ship with urgency without cutting corners where it matters.
• You create leverage: automate, abstract, and build tools that prevent issues and multiply team impact.

Technology Stack:
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Zustand
• Backend: Kotlin, Java, Kafka, MySQL, AWS, Docker, Terraform
• Testing: Playwright, Jest, React Testing Library
• Monitoring: Grafana

• Build small, ship fast: slice work into minimal, testable increments and iterate.
• Reduce complexity: favor clear, simple and managable code.
• Don’t assume, ask: validate requirements and constraints early.
• Own what you build: have end-to-end responsibility over things you build.
