### Your Benefits: - 30 days leave per year - We will give you valuable tips and feedback on your application documents and interviews - We will create a candidate profile containing your strengths and potential and thus increase your chance of being placed in a position - We actively present you to specialist departments and keep you updated on the application process ### Your Duties: - Lead Function Acceptance activities for assigned domains, aligned with the Functional Integration Manager and vehicle program - Drive issue management and resolution across R&D teams and suppliers - Assess function maturity against the Function Integration Plan at key project milestones - Prepare sign-off documentation and provide quality approval for function releases - Support vehicle and system validation to ensure target performance and quality - Report function status, risks, and mitigation actions to management - Perform benchmark evaluations to support quality readiness for EU market launches ### Your Qualifications: - Degree in engineering (electrical, software, mechanical) or equivalent experience - Solid understanding of vehicle system functions and integration - Experience with issue management tools and maturity assessment processes - Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and coordination skills - Familiarity with automotive development processes such as IATF16949 and global quality frameworks - Fluent in English - Valid driver's licence in Germany ### About Hays: Our many years of recruitment experience and our expert knowledge of the engineering job market make us a strong partner for engineers and technicians.
